Launching the Company

The company launched in August 2025, during a month-long trip I took to Costa Rica. I was doing some soul-searching and welcoming much-needed rest into my life. I had paused a thriving business to take some time for myself, and in the spaces between breaths, this idea was born.

I realized that people have always sought me out for advice and turned to me in difficult times. I’ve spent countless hours helping others through rough patches in their lives. It was always them doing the work, but I was a sounding board—a person with no interest in judging them—someone who would help them sort through their feelings, stay connected to their own integrity, ask the hard questions, and simply hold space. And in that space, they would find their way.

It’s magical to witness someone step onto a path that, until a moment before, had been hidden behind confusion or misconception.

I'm currently offering Emotional Support sessions through the month of August 2025. While my schedule is full during the week, I’ve set aside Fridays exclusively for one-on-one sessions.
